Graham has been involved in special education for 30 years, working initially in Community Homes with Education and Secure Assessment Centres. Appointed Headteacher of an independent residential primary school, then progressed Headteacher and Proprietor of residential special schools for boys and co-oeducational secondary pupils. Graham opened 3 independent day special schools in Lancashire, being Headteacher of the 2 secondary schools over a 12 year period. He has considerable experience with ESBD pupils and in relation to the management and organistation of both day and residential special schools. Inititally qualified as a teacher from the University of Durham with an advanced diploma in residential care and education from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and then an MA Ed from from the University of Lancaster.
