Fostering Solutions

Fostering Solutions today announced the acquisition of the UK’s fourth largest independent fostering agency, Pathway Care.

The acquisition further strengthens Fostering Solutions position within the independent fostering sector and highlights the agency’s commitment to investing in the future of the organisation.

“Fostering Solutions is extremely proud of its reputation and highly values the work our Foster Carers and staff do on a daily basis to help support children and young people throughout the UK. However, we also recognise that in order to retain our reputation for quality and excellence, we must continue to grow and adapt,” explains David Johnson, Managing Director of Fostering Solutions. “We are therefore delighted to be welcoming Pathway Care. It is clear that both organisations are committed to providing high quality foster care to children and young people. Pathway Care’s outstanding reputation means that it fits with the values of Fostering Solutions and together, the two organisations will benefit from increased resources and greater market share.”

Pathway Care’s prominent presence within South Wales will help strengthen the significant growth Fostering Solutions has already seen in this region, whilst its existing activity in the South West of England allows Fostering Solutions to expand its coverage to a new area. Pathway Care also provide foster care services in the Midlands and Eastern regions which complements Fostering Solutions’ existing provision and provides opportunity for further growth in these regions.
